Stepping into the store to get services for my son’s cell phone, I was hesitant but well why not give them a try. The store? Sprint! I was greeted and I explain why I was there. I was told that they would have to check my credit. I am ok with that since my score is usually between 700 and 760. But I was not prepared for the quiz I had to take. Yes it seems that I have to prove that I am who I say I am.
Out of 4 questions I got one wrong answer and I was denied the service. Oh but the lady did explain that I could come back in 60 days and try again. I am so glad that Sprint has so many subscribers that it can afford to turn other away. Now I really will never be back to Sprint. As far as I am concerned I will never be a customer even if they are the only ones in existence.
Shortly after this happened I came into contact with a couple of people who are on the Sprint service. They explained how lucky I was to not be accepted. One of them was so sure that as soon as his contract was up he would take any other cell service provider over Sprint. Among the complaints that my friends to me about were spotty LTE service if any, dead calls, people trying to reach them and could not, going straight to voicemail, and the worst service they had ever had.
I think God did me a favor the day I went into Sprint. Clearly I will always steer clear of Sprint. If you are considering new service, do yourself a favor and stay away from Sprint.
