The Journey
So last week we were down 4lbs. I can honestly say that it was a surprise since I expected less than that. But I will take whatever I get. So in all this dieting stuff I have been keeping a list of the food I have been eating, plus all my recipes if you can call them that. They are simple and fun stuff that I conjure up and while they are very low carbs they are also low in calories. If anyone wishes to know what I am doing and wants the lists I have made let me know and I will share.....
