Walking
I started walking again. I only started with 15 minutes increments on a daily basis. I have been able to work it up to an hour. The pace is about 3 to 4 miles per hour. Sometimes I get the urge to sprint a little run. Very happy about it since I am trying to maintain my sugar at a controllable level. Is anyone else walking?
